Smiling straight is a dental trust set up to make orthodontic services accessible for young people in need.  The Smiling Straight Trust acknowledge that orthodontic treatment can provide a lasting difference to a young persons self esteem, outlook on life and job prospects.

Smiling Straight helps children who:

• Reside in the Palmerston North city or Manawatu regions
• Are willing to give back to their community through voluntary work
• Have an orthodontic need defined by their dentist or therapist
• Have needy financial circumstances and whose family specify their income, outgoings and assets
• Have the commitment of their family to contribute a small regular amount to the treatment
• Are aged between 13 and 18

The OC works alongside Smiling Straight to help make a lifelong difference to young people and their families.
